And here it is! My much wished for snow!

You gotta look carefully, they are the little white splotches on the top of the mountain, where I can’t exactly get to as the funicular railway is out of order!

Oh well, Bilby just has to bring me back again!

If snow on the mountains counts then we have a white Christmas every year, the higher peaks (we have several over 10,000') around get snow every winter. I can even drive to the ski lodge (with a stop at the automotive store, this time of year you are required to have chains if you go up there) without difficulty. I don't think there's enough snow for it to be open but it's above 9,000', I'm sure there snow around.

Nope. Doesn’t count! I want to catch a snowflake, play in snow, throw a snowball (at Bilby of course) and THEN I will have said I have seen snow!

Note the road in the background, you can drive right to that snow.

And make a snow angel, and an igloo, and a snowman! And eat an icicle like a candy cane. And hopefully see someone's dog or cat playing in the snow.

Hope it hasn't been too cold. Cold weather can be hard on Queenslanders.
