Agreed. He's unbelievable. However, one of his secrets is that football is a team sport. And he's always been willing to take a team friendly salary. While never the highest paid, this has allowed Brady to have an extra great lineman; and an extra great defensive teammate or two. Superstars like Rodgers and Russel Wilson complain about not having as many supporting players around them; but they always insist on being the highest paid. It appears that Mahomes and Allen are open to restructuring their contracts to ease the salary cap and add players.

    • an NFL record for the highest completion percentage by any QB who had 40 or more passing attempts (there have been over 4,000 instances of a QB throwing 40 or more times)
    • the only QB in history with over 400 yards passing and a completion % above 85%
    • a Ravens record for passing yardage

He also ran for 50 yards. I was absolutely stunned when I saw the score this morning. The defense looked like a high school team, and the offense hadn't been much better, until they let Jackson take control. But some people will still call him a running back who throws. LOL.
There are lots of great young QBs in the game today. Love Herbert. Love watching the Chargers. Burrows is great also. Jackson, while different, is fun to watch.
Yeah, NFL has a good future in quarterbacks. Usually only see 3 or 4 elite passers going at a time, but there could be a half of dozen soon.

Oh man, just saw that Chargers face Ravens this week. Both have been having wild finishes, could break the scoreboard in 4th. The Ravens are 2.5 point betting favorites, but maybe should be more since Chargers have been giving up a ton of yards rushing. Ravens have that problem with passing defense, so who knows.

Ravens run game has been surprisingly weak, with three replacement running backs, three offensive linemen hurt, and Lamar clearly not 100% when running. And I have no idea what’s going on with the defense. But the passing game has taken a quantum leap, and their 1st round pick wide receiver will be playing his first game tomorrow. I really don’t know what to expect. I just know the Chargers are very good in all parts of the game.

Chargers gave up another ton of yards rushing, but weren't much better against the pass. Herbert finally missed on fourth down and it did cost them, but not really a deciding factor, cuz he was missing on every other down too, uncharacteristically off target all game. And he barely even attempted any long throws. But missing an extra point was very characteristic of them for the season.

Ravens D looked like the one from 20 years ago. Jackson threw well even with 2 picks From the times I've watched him, a big factor against him is his receivers. Other than Andrews, nobody established you can depend on to pull down the ball. I think it's more on the receivers than him whether they can succeed.

Oh and thanks for nothing, Cleveland.

Patriots are the best 2-4 team in the NFL.
