    Neither the rattlesnake, nor the uranium were illegal to possess... believe it or not.

    Neither the rattlesnake, nor the uranium were illegal to possess... believe it or not.
    It's just a local ordinance - you're not allowed to have whiskey and firearms in a car with uranium and rattlesnakes in that particular county.
