    Favorite anti-love songs

There are plenty of great songs throughout history that glorify and praise romance and love, but do you have any favorites that take the polar opposite view? Songs that either are critical of romance in general, or are just critical of a specific individual (a nameless or fictional one) and how they are a bad partner, etc.

My top in that category would be:
    Hall & Oates - Maneater

    The Eagles - Lyin' Eyes

If you are into heavy metal, there is Bon Jovi's You Give Love a Bad Name

ETA: For fuck's sake, I forgot Neil Diamond's Solitary Man. Sorry about that oversight. Also, adjusted the thread title.

Does The Police's "Every Breath You Take" advocate for stalking, anyone know? I never fully understood the lyrics, and have been too lazy to look it up.

Not exactly anti-love, but still wary of love---Steve Perry's Foolish Heart.

Paradise By The Dashboard Light, by Meatloaf.

I couldn't take it any longer Lord I was crazed
And when the feeling came upon me like a tidal wave
I started swearing to my god and on my mother's grave
That I would love you to the end of time
I swore, that I would love you to the end of time
So now I'm praying for the end of time
    To hurry up and arrive
'Cause if I gotta spend another minute with you
I don't think that I can really survive
I'll never break my promise or forget my vow
But god only knows what I can do right now
I'm praying for the end of time
It's all that I can do (oh oh oh)
Praying for the end of time, so I can end my life with you

    Pretty funny.

J Geils: Love Stinks. If only Janis had lived long enough to cover it!
