Is Superfetch really safe to stop?

Hi guys, I'm not getting the expect performance on my PC. So i want to disable superfetch completely, and for that i followed this steps-
    https://appuals.com/disable-superfetch-windows-10/.
Now my questions is it really safe to stop the service?
    Thanks

Google, "superfetch, disable pros and cons".

    Safe? Sure.

Probably not a good idea, unless you have some really extreme and unusual requirements, and/or a very unusual system architecture. But not unsafe.

In many cases disabling Superfetch will probably slow down your system. In others it will make little difference. It's VERY unlikely to speed things up.
