Those aren't mutually exclusive: it's the hyperconservative views that are part of the Palestinian culture that are to blame.
No. It's the hyperconservative views of all cultures that are to blame. It happens all over the world, mostly in underdeveloped regions.

Palestinian women demand legal protection after suspected 'honor killing'

Nice culture, that. But no, feminists here ignore honor killings and instead fight against more important matters like scantly clad women in entertainment ...
Are you ignoring the part where the PA is investigating it, in an obvious attempt to stop it? Or the fact that it is palestinian women who are angered by this? Or explicitly feminist institutions who are fighting it? It's almost like it's not the culture of Palestinians but rather hyperconservative views that are to blame.
That's hilarious! That's like getting Dracula to investigate missing blood from a blood bank!
No. The PA isn't supporting honor killing. It just doesn't take serious efforts against it because that causes backlash.

The PA exist for one sole purpose. And that's to keep the so called " Palestinians" in misery and under it's yoke as to enable them to keep control of the situation and foster hatred of the Jews. In other words, a state of war between Arabs and Jews.

Okay, so between 2000 years ago and the mid-1900's, who was living in Palestine, and were they asked for permission before Israel decided to establish their state there?
Still wondering about this, angelo. You know, for my friend.

Did Hitler ask the Poles permission before invading? Not that this is anywhere similar or has anything to do with Palestine. It only proves that Jews have roots in that land that goes back millennia!

If that's the way you want to play it... Does that mean America should get to invade Europe? Or that China can invade Europe? Or that Europe can invade Africa? Or that India and Pakistan can invade the middle East? Or that the middle East can invade Africa? Or that the whole world can invade Africa? Everyone everywhere except for the people who have always lived in central Africa have "roots" somewhere else that "go back millennia". None of that ancient bullshit matters. It's just an excuse for people to be shitty to each other. What matters is making sure everyone today has representation and is treated equally under the law. What matters is who is hurting whom today, and making that hurt end today.

In what ways does it differ, relative to asking permission and relative to the wishes of Poles and Palestinians? You're the one who brought it up.

That ending the hurt could start immediately if only the rulers of Hamas and Hezbollah stopped all terrorist rocket, balloon, tunneling and drone attacks on Israel. Not to mention Islamic terrorist attacks throughout the world!

Ah yes. The people who have no representation should stop all hostilities against the people who actively deny them representation, steal their land, and block their economic activities.

Most of them are Jordanians, from when Jordan annexed the land in 1948. Jordan's relinquishing their claim in 1967 doesn't change this. Israel's occupying it doesn't change this.

And look at what happened: The Palestinians had the best non-oil Arab economy in the world. They threw that away with the Second Intifada. Choosing the path of war often wrecks your economy. (And in this case was no doubt a deliberate objective--they were getting too prosperous to be used as cannon fodder.)
