    Sun is god

The sun is god. It is the source of life on Earth.

The son of the Sun is oxygen. We breath the son of god and get life.

All bow in the presence of the Sun our god.

Blasphemy! Oxygen is the grace of bacteria. Bacteria is the son of the Sun that literally gives us breath. Hail Bacteria! Hallelujah!

This is heliocentric nonsense! The molecules that we are made of, the air we breath were born from other stars that have long since died out. It is these entities that we owe our existence. The Sun is a mere babysitter.

Almost. Our Sun is the son of god. God ain't no more. It was a star that went supernova and spread its contents into space that eventually collapsed under mutual gravitation to create everything in our solar system, including us. God gave his life so we could live and adore his son, our Sun.

If he loves us so damn much, why'd he give the prophecy about the time when he'll get all red and angry and consume our world in fire? Is it because we legalized gay marriage?

Wait... are you saying God is now a big puckering hole in spacetime?
