    "Wet concrete do not enter".

    Is this telling "wet concrete" not to go there, or is it telling you to piss on the concrete?

    And in either case why is it written so big I could read it at 75 mph (admittedly as a passenger) even though there was a jersey barrier between us and the area in question?

    Where is "Fucking, Canada"? The only place on Google maps named Fucking is the one pictured above, in Austria.
